this is pissing me off. new 360, hasnt had any problems til now.... i bought the game from best buy on wed. Does best buy do any kind of return on that type of shit?

well at least that... you could try best buy... but it would seem that they would blame that on a hardware issue (your 360 obviously)... rather than just the game they sold you

It's a known, and well-documented problem, however it hasn't received as much media coverage as the overheating problem.

From what I read this is only possible if you do not go to the dashboard before turning off the console/ejecting the game... I thought they fixed it after the first release though. I always go to the dashboard before turning mine off anyway, just to be safe.
