Thinking about getting this for Christmas instead of Madden for a change.

Anybody have it? Is it a good one? I heard there's a lot of penalties

If not this, any other NCAA football games out there?

I have it for the 360 and I like it. I have all the penalty sliders up to 100% and haven't noticed any overabundance of penalties. I think there's a bug with the facemask penalty because I've had guys get spun around by their head and I've never seen it called. Turnovers are a different story. You have to tinker with the awareness and interception sliders for the defense on both sides or the defenders will jump across the screen to catch the ball. But once you find a good set of sliders, then it's a lot of fun.
