just got off the phone with the ad company.

told them that we never want to have another set of ads that have rollover like that. they said it could take a few hours to get the current ads out of the system, but after that, we should be good to go.

Up until tonight, I've never had any popups on this site. Now I'm getting them every other thread. So far from the Network Solutions and Shaw carpets to name a few. Not even scrolling the cursor over them, they just roll with the scrolling down of the page. I'm using IE7.

Godamn, you're either lying to us or they just went and did the complete opposite of what you asked. This is ridiculous.

well if it helps, circuitcity and bodog have the rollover ads so far. Circuitcity all the damn time it seems, and almost always in the individual chit chat threads. Except they open up when my cursor is stationary in the middle of my screen.

on my parents home computer i got 2 popup ads and bon jovi rollover adds...that were taking up my screen even when i WASNT rolling over them.

same with sony rollovers. at one time Sony and bon jovi roll overs were overlapping to cover the entire screen
