i'm sick of talking processors

everything looks good. PSU is WAY WAY overkill, but the 140mm psu fan will cool nicely and be nice and quiet, 85% efficiency is great, i guarantee you, you won't use more than 200-250W on that 750W psu

oh one more thing that LITE-ON drive is going to sound like a plane taking off when watching any sort of media (CD/DVD) if using for a media center pc, keep that in mind, you'll probaby want to look at the sony or samsung that have quiet drive enabled, or else use Nero's Drive Speed app.

and just a guess here but he/she's gonna want a wireless keyboard mouse if using as a media center pc as well...
