i already bought one when they were on sale from woot.com, but then i received one for my birthday...i had the brown one, and i received the the black one as a gift, and i like the black one better

however, i've only used the brown one once...as in, i loaded up all my music, took it to the library with me, and i haven't used it since...the earphones are still in the original packaging, and i have all the documentation...it's a refurb and has a 1-year warranty on it from the day you register, i believe (which i've yet to do)

comes with the earphones, usb/power cord, screen protector (already on there), soft case, the software/install CD and the original box
