I had this posted earlier however my friend might not be able to move in so I will post again.

I have an extra bedroom in a 2bed/bath apartment at Rhynes Gate (across from the McKimmon Center / near western and gorman). It is a great spot for NCSU as it is across from the campus and has a wolfline stop across the street. Also, it makes for easier commuting because of Western is so close and 440 is 1 mile away.

It is 450 a month + electric (wireless, cable, water are all included for free). Also included is free parking and washer & dryer.

The apartment is extremely nice and has furnished living room with flat screen tv. There is one empty bed and bath like I mentioned before. It is unfurnished but the kitchen and family room are. There is a couch and chair with coffee table and lcd tv.

I am a 23 year old graduate student and would prefer someone at NCSU or around my age to fill the empty spot. I would prefer living with a female but I am open to either. Im really easy going and would like a relaxed living environment.
