We will have a room for rent off of Crest Rd. beginning in January. slravene and I both live in the house. You would have your own bedroom, but would share a bath. rent is $500 a month, but everything is included. You would also have a spot in the garage. We both work on cars a lot, I have a cat, you would need to be ok with both of those things. Other than that we're both pretty laid back. pm me if you're interested and I could get pictures of the room.

Rent includes cable, wireless internet, water, elec, gas, washer/dryer, garage, common area furnishings, near Wolfline....everything. You just need your bedroom stuff.

I went to high school with him, and lived there for a summer, defiantly a nice place to live and would happily move back in if i was already in a lease myself. that being said the location is good, the wolfline stops right in front of the house basically. Overall its a good place to live

it depends on what kind of person you are i guess. i would pay it (obviously) because I work on my jeep a lot. the garage is awesome. i bike to campus because it's pretty close. if not i ride the bus.

My daughter lives in Univ Village...we pay $400/mo plus utilities plus cable. No garage, parking is awful, further away, no yard and not on wolfline so the $500 seems reasonable to me.
