who has the best setup? mine is quite garbage and i cannot ever get decent minimalistic skins to work well.

I used stock ui with the added g15 module is you want that. I stopped using it because it auto scrolls to the newest message and thats annoying

nah i use aim/icq/msn and now that noen mentioned a google talk plugin, i would love that shit. plus i know he spent hours on his hotness and just wannna milk that.

I have a pimped out one on my old computer which I'll have in just before the end of the month

if you're still hard up for one when I get it I can send you mine

it requires a lot of time to get it set up, but check the forums. most issues have been discussed there, and if they haven't people are super nice

I even had it set up where I could remotely change my status and away messages. I set up some a variable and anything after that would be my new away message. It was hot!

I used this little tutorial. It was pretty easy to follow.

P.S. Miranda seems to do a really good job with memory management. I am connected to 4 different protocols and when minimized its only 3MB of ram, when showing the themed buddy list it goes to somewhere between 6-8, but then drops immediately after you minimize to task tray. Mozilla should take notes.
