its not a traditional church of the sorts. its aimed towards college aged peoples so it shouldnt be too scary for ya.

i went there a few weeks ago to see a guy speak about human trafficking... they actually have a pretty big stage and the room itself should be able to hold a lot of people if they remove the chairs.

the church is just starting to do a lot of shows. they want to turn it into a pretty reliable venue. looks like they're starting out well.

Vintage is a great atlernative to your traditional church.. they bring in local foods for breakfast, pretty much all college kids, they have a band play... you have to stand and sing... the "preacher" if you will is really laid back and gives a good sermon... they use video a lot for the sermon and music.

hello all. i'm one of the people trying to turn the new v21 space into a music venue. the space is used for church services on sundays, but we want to open the space up to the city most other days of the week for events and shows, etc. we've hosted a variety of events, from sparkcon to the handmade market, and even this past friday night the runway wars. within reason, we don't put stipulations on bands that play. we're not trying to create a "christian venue," and no one will be preaching at you or trying to hand you a bible. basically, you won't be walking into a church service if you come out for a show. we'd be glad to have you out. let me know if you have any questions.

So I see the ticket price day and time, but is it show up and get tickets first come first serve, or can I purchase before hand?

we've been doing presales for some shows through etix.com, but for this one it's just $5 at the door.

It has been a desire of Vintage21 to support the local community, including the artists and musicians, since our beginnings downtown 5 years ago. The launch of Vintage21 Productions is a huge step in the right direction.

Come out to 117 S. West Street Saturday, December 8, 8 pm for The International Drive and Jimmy Robbins. The cost is $5 online,
