1998 Grand Prix
So after shifting to park and going to take the key out, it gets stuck. I can't turn it back past the lock position. I have to raise the steering wheel and use the manual key release button inside the column to allow to turn all the way back to off so I can take the key out.
Common problem? Easy fix? Cheap fix? 12/3/2007 12:08:56 AM |

most of the time when I have a problem with something with small moving metal parts, like the trouble I was having with the lock on my trucks door, I put some wd 40 in there and it takes care of it.

my friend just used some on his 22RE pickup's windows. they move up and down so much more smoothly. I had never heard of that stuff but it seems to be better than lithium grease even.12/3/2007 10:47:42 AM |
