1 bedroom in a 4 bedroom apt @ Uwoods. The Quiet and safe Side of Uwoods thats located next to Usuites.


Rent is 310 a month. Will be subleasing from me. Includes water. Everything else comes out to 55-65 a month.

Roommates are quiet and considerate. All the rooms come with locks. If you're a grad student this would be perfect for you since the roommates are rarely home and keep to themselves.

Available after finals.
