I always thought Thundercats was stupid. To have a good action/adventure story, the bad guys either need to be stronger individually than the heroes, or outnumber them. In Thundercats, there were like 3 bad guys, and they were all pussies.

^They had minions... sometimes... and other times there were weird puzzles to solve with a giant forcefield in the middle of the forest, or some such similar shit...

Besides, it's supposed to be kind of lame. That was half of the reason the show was so great: The blatant cheeziness.
