Your professor should outline the grading scheme from your class that explains how your numerical class grades will translate to a final class letter grade. There may be curves involved such that you may not be able to calculate your final letter grade on your own. It's the final letter grade that you are assigned at the end of a course by your instructor that affects your GPA and any "C-wall" requirements. Your instructor may assign final letter grades just about anyway they see fit so long as it is alluded to on the class syllabus.
