do you ever get this weird taste in your mouth sometimes after drinking milk earlier or the night before. i dont know what it is, it almost tastes like what i think sour milk would taste like.

i also get bad heartburn, but the weird tasting milk usually takes the place of that. does that mean maybe its milk and acid mixing together. its pretty gross

anyways i only use half as much milk as i used to now, and i will no longer drink the leftover milkd

i'd also like to say that LUCKY CHARMS are the shit.

^^ YES i think that is the taste.. cause its not reallly in my mouth. you kinda have to force the taste into your mouth from your stomach. just a lot easier when you have stomach acid. hahah help me think of a way to describe the taste

i only drink milk if it is in a protein shake, milk shake, or if i need a sip of it after eating something really spicy

I don't know if it's really heartburn per se, but something similar. I think it's just because you're lying flat in bed, and some of the milk just works its way from your stomach back up to your throat, and the acids from your stomach trying to digest the milk make it burn a little.

I don't have heartburn associated with it, but I think I know what you're talking about. Even just drinking milk by itself and not eating anything makes me feel like I should brush my teeth so I don't get that stale milk taste. Plus it makes your breath gross.

The bacteria in your mouth metabolize the lactose and produce lactic acid, causing the sour taste. I always drink milk with something. It seems to take care of that.
