i would assume nightly when the grades are updated in packtracks

It's my understanding that it's updated whenever new grades are submitted for processing.

Well I submitted grades before noon(today) and it still says my grades are "not reported" so I guess it doesn't update until the grades are reported to the student (as opposed to TRACS)
