Does anyone know of any RAM Utility software programs that are free and do not require being burned to a disc (bootdisk)?

I don't mind doing a bootdisk but I am in lazy mode

boot disk is really the only way to go, otherwise you can't test ALL your memory.

memtest86 is the most superior.
