I think Crate&Barrel has one for ~$20. I've never been disappointed with any of their products.

Yes, a coffee grinder. I think burr grinder is plenty descriptive.

Brand isnt that important, but conical burr grinders are the best type.

not if you're trying to remove a burr from leather... or bone... or wood... or anything else...

deburring machines are just as common as your coffee grinder.

yeah I was thinking about grinding burrs off of metal

mostly aluminum and brass but some steel... I've got a dremel and a bench grinder that serve me pretty well

I should probably buy a file set for fine work... and sand paper is always nice for cleaning it up

^^ What? Yes, deburring machines are just as common to Chit Chat as coffee grinders?

How retarded are you?

Perhaps that thread title might have went

"Tell me tdub, which deburring tool is the best"

Furthermore, I'm pretty sure I've been here long enough to know to stick a garage-esque topic in the proper section, had my question really been about deburring something.

My other thought was if he was referring to a burr mixer, which you would have an interesting time grinding coffee with.
