yea they're definitely the worst.

they like to take 7 days to overnight a package. They're a joke. The only reason to use them is because they're cheap as balls.

DHL does suck. Apparently Dell used it for all of their shipping this season, and they've lost laptops and desktops all over the place. I went down to the shipment place and there was a lovely woman screaming at the manager about her laptop. It was lovely really.

i had DHL fuck up an overnight package. i called them when it didn't arrive, and they claimed the zip code was wrong, and they were sending the package back, and it was currently in TN. i called their bullshit and it was delivered the next morning.

the zip code was correct.

had something recently shipped 2 day. on the 4th they still hadn't delivered it. called them up and found out where the local office is, went down there after work at 6pm and it hadn't even been put on a truck for delivery...

there was some guy in there raising hell with the manager over a ceiling fan they took forever to deliver.

Airborne Express used to be awesome, though. UPS ground from the east coast is pretty much 1 to 2 day delivery, anyway.

dhl is awesome.

had a problem with my laptop, called it in on a monday

manufacturer had a sent a DHL box to my front door overnight and i found it on my way out tuesday morning. i put the laptop in on tuesday night and called them. they showed up like 10 minutes later.

i had my laptop back by friday afternoon.
