If you can start your own company and deal some of the issues that come from running your own business, it's definitely the way to go. I am just not the kind of person who deals well with the boss, so becoming my own boss was the best thing that I could have done for my own happiness.

i love the fact that people who have been doing the same thing ive been doing for 30 years consider me the expert

i love the fact that i make millon dollar decisions every day

i love the fac that i provide operational guidance for thousands of people, across the globe.

i love the fact that what i do changes the way people work and view their work across mnay nations, on a dialy basis.

i love the fact hat some of my coworkers consider me to be their heir apparents considering they're in some of the most infulential and high powered jobs in my company, which is one of the largest manufacturing companies in the world.
