...that my life is full of too many different things. And simply put...I'm the only common denominator. If I wasn't at the center of it all, then none of them would have very much if anything in common with the others. Not enough unity and homogeny in my life.

That was one interesting observation. I think he might be onto something.

other than finding time and money to pursue it all.

It's almost like having several different lives, and not having the time or money to make any one of them fruitful and satisfying.

And yes, there's a lot of truth to that. I don't take the time to fully enjoy any one life I do have, nor do I find any of it particularly satisfying.

That's a good fucking question. continue with mediocrity in all aspect, I guess.

A good solution would be to trim the fat, to get a little (or a lot) more focused on a lot fewer things, do them, and find time to relax and enjoy life and its subtleties.

Go figure.

Pretty much. I take it every day. It's probably one of the reasons I've been able to hold my job for as long as I have.

but it's still not enough. I can't stay dosed 24 hours a day. When I come home in the evenings, I just end up vegetating and not getting anything done (when I'm coming down off of the stuff). And every now and then I have to take a break from it.

I crash so hard on the weekends, too. I slept 13 hours last night.

I wish I didn't need the stuff to function decently.

Yeah I hear that. I loved taking it at first but it didn't take long before I hated the side effects and eventually just quit taking it. Ah well, hopefully you figure something out.
