My father is offering to pay first months rent.
4 bedroom/4 bathroom apartment. One bedroom and bathroom is up for sublet. Rent is $310 a month then cable and internet is $25.28 and power runs between $35 - $45. There are two dogs and a cat living here currently. One of the girls boyfriend lives with her. It's currently 4 girls and one guy. Perfer a female taking over my lease. you do know that the boyfriend should be paying 1/5 of the rent. theres no way you should be paying 310 with 5 people in a small ass apt.

he's 24. no job. criminal record. all the gf and bf care about is getting drunk and spending money they should pay bills with. They currently owe me for the cable bill. it was due the 18th of Dec
