Going on a date with a girl who likes Italian. She likes both of these restaurants equally so I'm torn. Macaroni Grill takes reservations, Carrabbas does the call ahead.

If you had to choose between these two, which would you choose?

ragazzi's in cary is soo much better than either one..but thats my pref. if i had to pick i would say carrabbas..

mac grill/carrabbas are pretty much the same in my eyes... they're both way better than olive garden but maggianos is better than all

I do not believe there is a Maggiano's in Winston-Salem (where the OP is), folks. It is much better than the rest though.

The one time I went to Picolla Italia, I wasn't impressed at all. Based on some of these responses, I may have to give it another chance...

i don't know if the people saying mac grill is better lick their own assholes for an appetizer, but if a gun was to my head and I had to choose, Carrabbas is far and away the better choice.
