for RAIN and WIND!
Not that I'm complaining but I figured Californians would be able to deal with this type of stuff. People are freaking out about 50-70 mph gusts and 2 inches of rain. I'm never making fun of North Carolinians for making a big deal of out small winter storms again.  1/4/2008 3:22:27 PM
