i approve sammy's as a sports bar, tons of TVs, decent food/beer

crappy service, just order your next pitcher when you're about halfway done your current pitcher...not too hard

now that i dont live up there anymore... i can't see how people could hang out at fucking JAX of all places. its always gonna be that old gross breakfast place with the terrible food that made you even more sick from the night before.

take away the fact that it was a tww lovefest, and sammy's was fine really. jax was the worst.

depends on how crowded sammys is for me...i like how sammys got a lot of sports and electronics but i hate that place on like trivia night...i'd rather go to jax on a slow day than sammys on a busy day...i'd rather go to sammys on a slow day than jax on a busy OR slow day...although if theres only like 5 people in jax its probably easier to flirt with the bartenders

The service at sammy's sucks, there can be like 4 people in there and you will have to flag a waitresses down because your beers been empty for 10 minutes.

meh I still go pretty often for TWWIVIA, and we never have problems getting drinks/food (even when it's packed)

^^yeah i guess out of the 2 times i went to jax they were better service wise...i just hate how its just such a small place...kinda gave me an old cabin-y type vibe too...at least sammys is bigger and has that outside area

i actually think about it alot(coming through to visit) but i live in north as a motherfucker raleigh so it's like 15 miles one way, and ruckus food doesn't weigh in heavy enough for all that. next time i go to dnl's i'll drag him to ruckus and say hi
