Looking for a 4th tenant for a 4 BR, 4 BA 1st floor apartment over at University Commons off of Gorman St. Initial term will be for 6 months with option to stay on for a year on a new 12 month lease. Unit currently has 3 males occupying it. Room willl be available Feb. 1st.
Each room in unit has its own full bathroom and closet. Shared living area that also has a full size washer and dryer. Unit has high speed wireless internet! Located on the Wolfline and comes with a parking space.
Rent is $275.00/month. Utilities average approx. $22.00-$25.00/mo. Security dep. required in the amount of $275.00 before move-in.
