^^by no means did he take the team where i want them to.....but after 10 years and only one playoff appearance he comes back and in 4 years we make 2........i'll take that. So long Joe, and thanks for one last ride

He was sub 500 coach from the time he came back in 2004. Clearly his magic was all used up during his first stint as Head Coach. Sub 500 coaches are a dime a dozen....they will just get another sub 500 head coach and continue to suck.

I think Gibbs did a great job.

His first season he tried to use his old scheme and it failed miserably. Instead of being hard headed or calling it quits he overhauled the offense and took a team with marginal talent and made the playoffs twice in three seasons.

I think Joe was put into a hole after what Spurrier left us.

We were clearly improving.
