it's not euphalo, so i can post here. my regular routine for the last ten months or so has been to go to bed somewhere between 4am and 7am.

I did this twice this week. I'm going to be up til about 3:30 am getting ready for tomorrow, then I'll sleep til about 7:40 am and hope I get going in time for the day's activities.

I already pulled 2 semi all nighters this week. Got four hours sleep per day for two days.
