I know it's a longshot, but I don't have much to lose by trying, right?
I own seven very sweet, very friendly rats, six females and one neutered male. I took them off the hands of someone who was forced, very reluctantly, to give them up. We had an understanding that I would keep them as long as necessary, but would also try to find a place for them where they would get more care and attention than I can offer.
They come with this cage:

As well as 30 pounds of food (quite a lot) and a wide range of toys, igloos, and other accessories.
They're all in good health and are very friendly both to each other and to people. Before I give them up I'm going to need to establish confidently that you aren't just looking to score a free cage or some free feeder rats.
Although I don't actually expect any serious responses, I'll hope for them. 1/11/2008 1:24:30 AM |

PM sent, but for everyone else's benefit, so far they've gotten along fine with new rats (the seven of them are the combination of two smaller colonies). 1/11/2008 1:57:39 PM |
