needs to have the following:

at least 3 assignable optical inputs
EITHER composite/s-vid to component upconversion OR composite/s-vid/component to HDMI upconversion

preferably with the XM input on it

would prefer something with HDMI, but that's not a deal breaker

lemme know what you got, i know this is a long shot, but i figured i'd ask before i got the one at circuit city i've been looking at
