If it didn't have an ugly brick box connected to the front of it, it could be one of the most distinctive houses on Hillsborough. Neat place, maybe it could be restored someday.

The last time I was there it was still all ramshackle inside...I always thought they called it a "studio space" because people just sort of hung out in there and occasionally worked on their shit.
