Okay, so some buds have a great podcast / radio show, and are looking for an internet provided call in number

Has anybody had experience with this? Recommendations?
Would be great if we had software that minimized delay, caller ID, and a way to screen callers (a second computer able to access the callers).

Useful ideas are more than welcome!
