I am looking for a female roomate to share a 2 bedroom apartment in Cary. The apartment complex is called Preston's Reserve. Its a great apartment, walk in closet, private bathroom, balcony, wireless internet. The amenities are great too - basketball court, tennis court, pool, gym, etc.

The rent is $415/month + utilities. With digital cable, wireless internet, HBO, DVR, electric and water it comes to about $500/month. I am a 25 year old professional female looking for someone around my age to share my apartment. I'd prefer a graduate student, but undergrads are welcome to contact me as well. I am looking for someone to move in ASAP, earliest Feb 1. This is a GREAT place to live.
