Maybe drink all the water before leaving it out in the cold overnight and refill at work in the morning? There's this crazy theory that water freezes at 32 degrees Fahrenheit... 1/21/2008 12:23:19 PM |

dude, antifreeze tastes awesome (its almost has a lemonade flavor), just fill up the bottle with a half and half water/antifreeze mixture and you're golden 1/21/2008 12:36:46 PM |

you are considering drinking antifreeze because you are too lazy to carry a bottle?
my advice?
if you're willing to voluntarily drink antifreeze, I say drink it.
a lot of it

get a bottle of 50/50
dump half down the nearest storm drain (preferably one the kids have painted fish on)
fill the bottle back up with water
then you have 75/25
and that's safe to drink. trust me, i lived in the desert for a couple months. 1/21/2008 1:58:32 PM |

next time it freezes over completely, use dental drills and tools to surgically remove the plastic bottle so your end result is an interior mold of the bottle.
that'll be pretty cool.
then leave it on Parisa's desk and let warm air take care of the rest of it. 1/21/2008 2:07:42 PM |

how about
bring it into the house but with your door to the outside propped open so that half of the bottle is in and half is out...that way you will see it when you are leaving
and it will only be half-frozen
like a glass of ice water 1/21/2008 8:55:48 PM |

well, in all fairness, they don't use antifreeze in "body" surgeries, but i have seen them use antifreeze in oral surgeries used as a buffer between the gums and the tooth being operated on.
here's a link about a surgery that uses antifreeze: http://www.doctorspiller.com/Treatment_of_Perio.htm 1/22/2008 9:11:47 AM |

how bout you only fill it like 1/3 the way up...then when you get to work and its a 1/3 bottle of ice, you fill the other 2/3 up with water and then you have icy cold water 1/22/2008 9:12:18 AM |
