Do inspection fees vary from county to county? Do the yearly property tax rates on the vehicle vary from county to county? What are the cheapest counties for inspection fees? Seems like Wake county was $30 or so last year, a bit steep.

^^Ah, now I see, there are 48 counties that require emissions testing and charge $30, the other 52 only charge $9.
