is to create an easily accesible thread (in here, most likely), where mods must post their reasons for suspending users (thread links, etc). This handles the "reasons" thread made earlier, it lets other users ultimately know what kind of actions will get you suspended, it helps the site owner determine how well the mods are doing their jobs, and will cut down on a lot of "FREE _____" threads. I'd say it's important to keep this viewable for all the users, because there isn't a lot of formal communication between the owners, mods and users. Just a lot of jargon and arguments.

i think gunzz has designated himself as secretary. he collects the "worthy" messages from this section then passes them on to nael. then nael tells him what to say back, or something

there's definitely communication. its just a little different than it used to be.

There should be a wall of shame section detailing all suspensions as well as providing a section for meta-suspension discourse so it gets the fuck out of the feedback forum.

hahah, as whiny as this user base is...giving you access to the new and improved suspension list will just put more sand in the collective vagina that most of you share

The way the recent suspensions are being handled is questionable at best. Rules & guidelines are put in place for forums to help keep moderate order. Why should users follow said rules when mods don't care to respect their own guidelines?

in like 5 years i've been suspended all of a couple times, 1 for html abuse and 1 temporarily for that javascript fiasco even though that wasnt really my fault...so my question is why is it so hard for some people not to get suspended? is it really that hard?

I agree. it would be very helpful to see what types of things people are being suspended for.
It will keep everyone a little bit honest.
It will make people more aware of what a suspendable offense is.
It will cut down on rougue "OMFG YOU PISSED ME OFF" suspensions.
It will let people know WHY they were suspended in the first place, and how long they are gone for.
etc.
etc.
