2. Vicks Vapor Rub
3. Afrin
4. Musinex (it's like $20 a box but it works after like 2 or 3 doses, or buy off-brand)

1. Antihistamine medication
2. Smoke a bowl
3. A hot shower
4. A warm mug/bowl of liquid, like tea or soup
5. Menthol medicated rub
6. Do all of the above, then take Tylenol PM and sleep it off

I've found a combination of everything works, or at least numbs you so much that you don't care. Good luck, I know how you feel.

You might just have a cold, and not allergies. It's uncommon to have allergies during this time of the year. In the spring, yes, but not winter.

Smoking clears up allergies?

What the fuck is that?

What clears up allergies for me:
1. Steam showers.
2. Lots of water (to clear out/swallow whatever contaminants are there).
3. Claritin and benadryl.
4. Removing myself from the environment (especially in the case of smoke and MOLDABEETUS).
5. Sitting down and resting and focusing on calm, steady breathing (that's kind of an asthma thing I guess, I have symptoms like that sometimes).
6. Wearing a simple dust mask over my face when working in the yard or doing something dusty or working in a nasty environment. I always do it when cutting the grass, edging, blowing leaves, etc. This seriously has been one of the BEST WAYS to make these allergies stop happening in the first place (the worst cases of allergic reaction).

Sometimes nothing works, but what can you do. Take two benadryl and drink a shit ton of water and sleep on it and you'll probably feel better the next day. Actually, take a steam shower, do the two benadryl, drink the water, and sleep in a nice, comfy bed with a humidifier running. That'll fix almost anything for me.

smoking really does clear up my allergies like 2 out of 3 times, but it's temporary usually unless you go straight to bed.
