I've never played, but I have to wonder if Tiger Woods can even be selected.

Drafting Tiger = Season Over for everyone else.

If you go to the Yahoo Sports/ Golf page, it shows "fantasy stats" for the top golfers in the last 7 days.

#1 of course, is Steve Stricker, followed by KJ Choi, then Boo Weekley. WTF?

Is Tiger Undraftable? haha!

On the same page you'll also see the fantasy leaderboard which lists the top fantasy players; all of whom have Tiger Woods.

I don't think you get to draft golfers to keep on your team for the whole season, it's kinda like a salary cap thing where you pick players each week

considering how much you know about fantasy football Panthro, you dont have much of a clue about how Fantasy Golf works do you

you get 10 starts per golfer...each week you pick 2 A golfers, 4 B golfers and 2 C golfers...you play 1 A, 2 B, 1 C and have the option of going to your bench between rounds although your benched golfer will earn a start if you play him for a round...scoring is similar to fantasy racing if you've done that...no drafts like bball, football, etc...basically you play tiger at the buick, the 4 majors, and then 5 other tourneys

dont act all high and mighty treetwista

thats just how yahoo's works...its not the standard for fantasy golf

ESPN's is very different

But I haven't seen one where you draft players in a league so that only one person owns them

I never played fantasy hockey but I read where Gretzky was so dominant back in the 80's and 90's that leagues made it so you drafted his goals and assists seperately, and both were still top 5 picks

Tiger would be like that were you would have to draft his Majors and his regular tour events seperately

ESPN's isnt that much different

plus the fact that tiger enters maybe half the tourneys in a season means the other half you get 0 points with tiger

fantasy golf sounds like an indication that you have a fantasy sports addiction.

i think when he created that thread, it was the first week of the season (before even the Buick) and tiger didnt enter the tourney

yeah thats right, it was in hawaii cause i picked kj choi

i was like "he's hawaiian, he should win"

then i found out he was korean

but he won anyway!
