it didn't fall off a truck. it came straight from best buy, so it works perfectly - it's never been out of the box. I just got a real good deal on it and would rather have the cash.

It comes with manufacturers warranty, I do have the receipt - but I need to keep it for the other stuff I bought. I may even be able to get a Best Buy installation added - depending on what I end up getting for it.
