Maybe diabetes. Also could be celiac disease though- do you almost always eat large amounts of wheat products (specifically white or chewy breads and/or pasta.)

i dont get headaches and never feel light headed.

its natural for a person to feel sleepy..... im just experiencing another extreme.



blood flow is re directed to the stomach/intestine area after you eat, making you feel sleepy. Im just experiencing a way way extreme version of it.
