where one can expect to get
- tapioca flour
- garbanzo flour
- potato starch

?

(i.e., is there some other store I don't know of where one might have a reasonable chance of finding such items)

Trying to make gluten-free bread worth eating

One of my friends can't have gluten, and my googling leads me to believe that a combination of tapioca and garbanzo flours, in addition to potato starch, is a good approximation of 'real' bread

Not trying to jack the thread, but while we're on the topic of where to find grains, can anyone tell me where to get coarse ground cornmeal? Neither HT nor Fresh market have it, only regular/plain cornmeal.

I have a polenta recipe that calls for coarse ground; I tried it with regular, and it came out OK, but the texture wasn't quite right...
