Does anyone know if there is any apt. complex in the NCSU area that still has their hoses hooked up and the spicket on? Camden Crossings (Uhouse) has had their shit off since September b/c of the water restrictions. Thanks. 2/2/2008 9:41:31 PM |

you know, i'd rather have water to drink than you to have a clean car for free. 2/2/2008 10:27:09 PM |

If washing your car matters that much to you, you'll pay to wash it at a car wash that's allowed to operate these days.

If paying the extra $3 at the gas station to get the basic wash when you fill up is too steep for you maybe you shouldn't have a car. 2/2/2008 10:52:01 PM |

Go to the car wash down Western and stop being a cheapskate. 2/2/2008 10:58:35 PM |

except I don't want those damn machines scratching up my finish and putthing swirl marks all over. Besides, those don't even do a thorough job of cleaning. I like to detail my car, thus it needs to be clean first. Also, if you southerners knew anything about winter road treatment, which I can comfortably say you don't, you would know and understand the importance of a GOOD car wash that actually removes all the salt from your car's finish and undercarrige. Why not have some pride in your ride and keep it clean. 2/3/2008 3:48:53 AM |

you can wash the car yourself at the carwash on western, and it's only like 3 bucks. If you care enough about your car, then 3 bucks ain't much.2/3/2008 9:21:29 AM |

Yeah, but what if everybody washed their car? Why should this one asshole get to do it while the rest of the population is conserving water?2/3/2008 10:48:18 AM |

I haven't washed my car in months, and it drives me crazy. I hate not washing my car, but I realize that we're in water restrictions, so I'll deal with it.
it would be different if the guy just wanted to know somewhere he could wash his car, but he has to go into douchebag status by wanting to do it for free by ripping off some other complex's water. 2/3/2008 11:32:03 AM |
