Even so. The second house was valued at 220K in 2002. Mecklenburg is more developed than wake, and 220K isn't exactly 'rich' in Wake
It may be that they're sitting on tons of money elsewhere, but I wouldn't count on it

^It does look like a flimsy, cookie-cutter built house, which seems to be all that's built anymore. And the builder is Centex, which apparently doesn't have the best quality. So while that devalues it greatly in my eyes, I know that is not what happens on the market. People are okay with flimsy cookie-cutter houses.
