I dropped a pretty penny on a new bass, tried it out at practice tonight and fucking LOVE IT. Such a beautiful guitar in both tone and appearance. And on my way out of Durham (where I bought it), I stopped by and had some Cosmic's for dinner. And on my way out of Cosmic's I didn't quite miss a relatively new hole-in-the-wall record shop where I found Emporer's Prometheus album on vinyl, no idea why they had such an obscure metal import among the punk, rock, indie, and jazz records.

So right now I am listening to one of the best albums recorded by one of the godfathers of black metal, admiring my new axe, sitting fat and happy on a digesting Constance burrito, all knowing I can turn off my alarm and sleep in tomorrow

right off 9th, on the same side street Cosmic's is on.. just a couple doors down, and you still have to climb the rickety stairs to find the place

it was a good day

i ran hard

went to the gym

went to work and saw people that i have not seen for a while

then i got told that a customer complained about me....................and that killed all of it. Shit I have no control over was the issue, squarely blamed me. It was just 'who ever she talked to when she comes in was fucked' kinda person anyway..... grrrrrrrrr I wish the gym were open NOW so I could kill this anger
