Started a new job a month ago, they have been using Sugar for a while to track customers. I have only used proprietary systems before, and personally I think Sugar sucks.

Anyways, here's my problem..... I took over as a manager and the guy that was here before me had 7 years of contact info. inputted in Sugar (some of which was merged from a different CRM). I need to change the accounts from his name to mine but can't figure out an easy way to do it. Essentially, I have to go through 4-6 screens just to get one account and contacts assigned to me (there are over 5,000). IT doesn't know how to do a mass update and neither do I. HALP!
