Cop sitting under the Western/Dawson/McDowell Street bridge, on the McDowell side facing the Dawson direction. He's hiding behind the bridge supporting pillars in the center so if you are driving on Dawson there is no way you would see him.

I just know he's there with is lights off because I drove through on McDowell a while ago.

there is a cop sitting there all the time. anytime you go down mcdowell heading to downtown, just assume there is a cop under that bridge and dont speed
