I posted this in another thread which I cannot find right now. I'm still trying to figure out whether or not we're getting raped on utilities and if there is some kind of electrical problem with our house.

Yea I shipped it in and they gave me a brand new one. Switched over everything from the other, like TMNT and the other downloads, but otherwise its a brand new box. No dents or dings or anything!
