aren't there times when the commissioner scolds the refs for a call that would have changed the outcome of a game? i think it happened recently...but they don't put asterisks next to those games so I have to ask, isn't cheating less responsible for an outcome than an obviously bad call? one definitely changes the outcome and the other only gives one side an advantage that can't be tested the other way.
