Born in 2006, I have a pair (male and female) of Arizona Mtn Kingsnakes. Both eat two frozen pinkies each per week and are in great health. They have great temperaments and are roughly a foot long each. They'll grow to be around 3 feet. I can include some frozen pinkies and mice for free as well
These guys are typically expensive (~60-90$ each sometimes) but I'll entertain any reasonable offers
This is exactly what they look like

^^^ No enclosures. I keep them in a snake rack system so unless you want their tupperware tubs....then no enclosures. I do have heating pads for both of them, water bowls and hide boxes
^^ No; kingsnakes in the wild will eat other snakes. Although it's probably not likely for these guys to eat another snake (they eat mice), if hungry enough, I cant say it is impossible for it to happen. So no....house them separately
^ They are not dangerous

^^ come on quagmire.....being a reptile enthusiast, you should know how expensive these little buggers can be. How bout 50 for the male, 60 for the female?
^They have never bitten me and unless your hand smells like mouse, they will not bite you

so long as you handle them everyday they won't see you or your fingers as food...i once visited germany for 3 weeks and my parents did nothing but feed my California kingsnake while i was gone...upon returning he was very aggressive and I could only handle him after he had eaten...if they do bite, it doesn't hurt at all, it'll bleed a little bit but it feels more like a pinch than a bite 2/22/2008 8:44:56 AM |
