Cheapest 10 gallon tank you can get with a hood, light and filter is like $30 bucks at walmart. $40 iirc at petsmart. That does not include gravel ($10+), plants(usually $3-$7 each), decor (what I'm inculding I probably bought for about $15), temperature strip (couple bucks), replacement filter cartridges ($12+/box) etc.

Whatever it comes out to, this is a good deal.
