In short, YES. The last video is not a skit, it's the real ending to the movie. Except for the music, of course. (If you're actually talking about the last video posted in this thread.)

If you're talking about the first video, I don't know how you can't find it funny if you've seen There Will Be Blood, No Country for Old Men or Juno.
